Purchased a small van from Henry. Polite and honest chap. Van a few niggles a few weeks after the purchase but he was very helpful, welcomed it back, got it sorted in good time as not to leave me without the van too long and dropped it back to me at my door

Someone else has said... warranty not worth the paper it is written on. They could not be more correct. Possibly the worst customer service we have ever received. Pleasant, charming, polite - initially. However, even during the purchase, the contact was diabolical. Covid seemed to be blamed a lot. Delivery day arrives, as Henry is leaving he reminds us, you have a warranty, in case anything goes wrong! (perhaps he magician and knew!) 24 hours later, the first item drops off the Landrover we had just purchased - the handle that opens the drivers door. Two days later, the Landrover breaks down on a hill. It has several severe things wrong and has to be towed to local garage. So, he pays for the handle to be replaced (gee thanks...) the outstanding sizeable bill for the breakdown, parts, labour and towing..... well that was a few months ago.There was an initial reply of acknowledgement and Henry stating the garage was over charging - so we got them speak & he realised they were not over charging, there was a severe problem. Since then NO reply to emails, texts, Facebook contract - and then I get one jolly message, saying he will deal with the bill. Back to nothing. So I am now in the process of going to small claims - there is about 1,500 of repair bill. He in good faith had said he would cover towing charges, which are not within his warranty & we in good faith had also agreed to split the cost of labour - so we were trying to be balanced. It's clearly just lip service. Amazing that you can buy an expensive vehicle and within the first 72 hours it goes bang & the dealer has no concern to deal with that. Seems affable, charming guy - sadly, not to be trusted. I would never recommend Bedford Van Centre

Recently purchased a l200 club cab absolutely brilliant service from Henry. Truck came with full mot and fresh service free delivery great px change price given on my old truck would certainly recommend many thanks Henry great service

Hidden away behind a car wash/ valeting Company but once located extremely friendly & genuine owner, refreshingly honest & upfront with the vehicle i was interested in. All information at hand & provided a through road test very impressed. Would recommend

We decided we were going to treat our daughter to a new car, trouble is we dont live in the uk and she does. We spoke to Henry and explained the situation and he could not have been more helpful. He even delivered the car this morning as it was a total surprise Could not have asked for better service and patience. We had one little problem that was sorted out straight away with absolutely no fuss at all. Kept informed of progress from start to finish. Well done to The Bedford Van Centre top service And a massive thank you from myself and my wife for all you did. Highly recommend this company
