        I've had to use Millbrook since 2018 due to Hip arthritis and eventually had a total hip replacement in February 2022...took nearly 3 years due to Covid! Millbrook have always been very helpful, friendly and very supportive with supplying various aids. I would 100% recommend Millbrook 10/10

        Typical example of a company living of government contract money and not bothered about any customer service at all. Supposed to be servicing the care industry. However their company motto should be We dont care !!

        Seems like a pleasant place. The parking area can get quite crowded, so best leave early if you wish to park.

        Friendly staff. Good supply of motability items, but disappointed they don't supply motability scooters.

        Excellent delivery service for my wifes hospital bed, delivered the next day but very disappointing collection service. After the passing of my wife you want it out of the way ASAP but have to wait a week for it to be collected.
