Daughters phone screen was replaced. Good service and cheaper than other stores however phone was not ready when I was told it would be, which caused an unnecessary trip and their phone line did not connect

Went in to get my phone fixed, it was fixed within 20 min, excellent customer service, I would recommend it everyone who wants to get their phone fixed and they have all accessories for mobile phones, must visit

Dont trust these people, the man agreed a price with me of 15 all in for a minor repair and a brand new iPhone cable, he told me to return in 15 minutes to collect, when I returned he changed his tune and said he wanted 15 for the repair and 10 for the cable, I immediately objected and said you told me it was 15 for the repair and the cable and he retorted, just give me 20 which I obliged cos Id had a long day and couldnt be bothered to argue, but the fact he changed the price after the repair angered me. Its only 10 extra but its the principle, Be a man of your word and not some desperate conman. Youll get more customers by being honest. Avoid at all costs, there are numerous phone shops in Bedford so please avoid this one!

I bought iPhone 11Pro at very reasonable price, below other shops. I experienced the customer service was excellent. Im very satisfied with friendly worm welcoming service. I recommend to anyone to use this fone shop for repair at very low costs.
