Some staff where friendly and helpful then others at the end of completion I found Ben very rude saying I needed to hand my keys by lunch time it wasn't my fault the keys at my place was handed to me very late then Ben said my solicitors should have told me I was already stress out on that day I found it very annoying as kept getting phone calls by this agent.
