        Excellent customer service. Time was taken with us to explain and answer questions and the chap was very knowledgeable. We have brought a cooker and tumble drier from them today and a few years ago also brought a washing machine. We will always go back to them.

        Excellent service very professional, and knowledgeable. We used Tavistock sound to supply and fit latest ariels and satellite dishes, install a new Samsung TV and connect up the existing system. These guys think ahead avoiding major problems.

        The easiest transaction I have ever had regarding a large electrical appliance. Sales staff were knowledgeable, installation was easy to book and payment straightforward. Engineer turned up at exactly the time he was scheduled, took away the old appliance, installed the new, showed us how it worked and left no mess whatsoever. I would recommend and use this company for all my electrical needs in the future. Thank you TSV!
