Very bad experience with 2 young ladies working in Bedford local Store during returning boots. Not recommending as they are very rude and have no manners. Staying in front of customer and gossiping quietly to the collieague. Not recommending this place because you will be taken as criminal when you will need to return shoes.

Absolutely terrible/ shocking customer service from the manager at the Bedford branch. I returned some shoes after 2 days as too small. Was told in a blunt and rude way that Id worn them!.. I absolutely Did Not!. Was made to feel like a criminal for returning shoes after 2 days of purchasing them. Very upsetting.. absolutely wont return there again.

Used to be a good place for quality shoes at an affordable price, but now is much more expensive. I got a better deal at TK Maxx.
