We would never use this company again. The movers they sent broke our two large wardrobes and our tv cabinet, and damaged several other items. They also smoked inside the removal van with all of our items inside, leaving them stinking of smoke; and stained our new carpets. The move took place during lockdown and they even removed their face masks mid/job. We finally received compensation from the company/insurers, however, we would have preferred to avoid all the hassle. We should have checked all of the one star reviews.

My dad was moving out of his home after more than 45 years. We wanted to make the move easy so decided to start packing his lesser used items. Although the actual move was some way off there was no problem getting some boxes from the very helpful branch manager
