        Everytime you go in there and ask for something they always argue with you stating that you need a different size for what you are asking for. They should hire people who have actually tiled and not people who have no clue what they are talking about. HAPPENS EVERYTIME.

        We have over 10k to spend on tiles. Both young lads never even greeted us, spoke to us, asked if we needed help. Both glued to phones talking about football from last night. Awful service. Missed out on a big sale. Flaky, generation.

        Awful service. Both staff members glued to their phones, one youngish lad and an older lady, barely glanced up even when I asked where something was. Very unhelpful when we asked a host of further basic questions and kept getting told she didnt know and will have to contact head office. This lost them out on the whole new four bedroom house that we was shopping for and other properties we will soon be acquiring. Im sure the staff wont be bothered but maybe the management will!
