        The mental health recovery team are a failing service having contacted them several times and managers i was sent round and round in a loop they blame the patients for not offering a service or doing there job. Waste of taxpayers money is correct.

        limited communication, doesn't keep you updated on YOUR OWN CARE or their next moves regarding this, poorly organised. Needed them to fill in critical paperwork, was ignored for weeks on end, when I made a complaint I was discharged.
