She is very happy living there and all the staff care for her with sensitivity and love. Management and staff will always find time for a chat and answer any questions, if not in person via phone or video link.
Everyone at the lodge do an outstanding job.

It is appropriate and just that I do record my appreciation of the manager and staff during this crisis .
The Manager has taken the lead in exemplary professional care . The staff have provided comfort and support to my family member. This has reassured her during these unprecedented times . The intervention techniques used have been excellent .
