I absolutely loved working here! I absolutely adored the service users and some colleagues turned into what I would say are friends for life. Its a shame I felt I had to leave due to middle management but my leaving was absolutely nothing to do with the owners who in fact were nothing but nice to me and the grounding I had in BSH prepared me in fact for a bigger role with another organisation so no complaints from me. Confidence Is my biggest issue and on leaving BSH I was confident in the skill set I brought to the table. The only reason Ive not put 5/5 is because of certain middle management.

So the company had stated to HMRC that I had been paid in august when I was let go on the 10th July and my last pay day was on 24th July, I have tried to reach out to the company to get accountants to amend the pay dates in order for me to get my payment from universal credit to pay for my rent, I was ignored and the only help I got was from kiran who was very helpful, the owners Brenda and dean have both ignored my texts and emails I wouldnt recommend working for a company that is so unorganised with the pay dates

An amazing company to work with! Everyone from management, to office staff, to home managers & carers, are so welcoming, friendly, respectable & highly knowledgeable in their area of work. All the homes are very clean, modern & homely, with staff following the government guidelines appropriately. It is really evident that everyone takes the core values seriously & they all implement them consistently.
