Goodacres Residential

We were looking for a house to rent and found one with Goodacres. There was a lot of interest in the property and we received the wonderful news that we had been selected as one of the potential candidates. Our application was processed and references were completed quickly and we were set to move the following month. Sadly before we could move the landlord decided to sell the property and Goodacres quickly found us an alternative property which is better than the original. Thanks to Myah for the brilliant service and excellent communication throughout the process.

From start to finish we received an absolutely sterling service from Simon and the team at Goodacres. The whole experience went very smoothly with Stacey keeping us well informed throughout. The viewings were all accompanied with mostly Phoebe & Stacey who were most professional and polite.

Best estate agents in Bedford by a country mile! Ive used Goodacres previously but most recently with a slightly more complex property, Stacey and Josh went above and beyond to ensure the sale completed.
