Wouldnt be every using this place again! Not only did the owner make inappropriate comments but the amount of pressure selling was shocking! Wanted a dress for a wedding and was pressured sold items that have labels in saying they are display items. Items were put in my bag I said I didnt want and out through the till with out my knowledge as they begged the items up when I was in the fitting rooms. This shop prays on vulnerable people and also dont tell you that you cant return items for the price you paid if you get home and done like them. You can only get shop credit . Its a customers prerogative to change their minds but as they dont tell you, you cant return items before you purchase them. Trapping you into a sale. Avoid this shop at all costs! The must have had the till ringing in their ears seeing me walk through the door! Putting thing in my shopping bag behind my back is the lowest form of selling I know!

Not being a slim person I was concerned i would not find an outfit and i was worried about being judged. I was made to feel amazing during my appointment. I absolutly lovedy outfit and matching hatinator. Thankyou so much the staff at Michael Bailey Bedford Amazing experience
