        Lovely and very helpful staff with a great selection of wines and whiskeys at a variety of price points. Has many products that you wont see many place near Bedford so would definitely recommend visiting

        Popped in on the off-chance they had anything 50 years old for a golden wedding anniversary gift and came out with a 1972 armagnac. Nice chat too with the helpful owner who'd tried it and enjoyed it. Hadn't been in before but will certainly return - great place for getting a special bottle.

        John recommended Gomez Cruzado, a Rioja made with Tempranillo grapes. I can honestly say that we all enjoyed it very much for Sunday lunch. I particularly like drinking from magnum bottles, seems to make the lunch even more enjoyable. Thanks John. See you soon.
