        Ross Dougall handled the sale of our mum's bungalow. It was a probate sale which he handled with sensitivity and understanding, even when I was finding it difficult. The first chain fell through but within days he had secured another chain, which I thought was quite extraordinary. Ross and the team worked incredibly hard to get the sale through as it certainly wasn't without problems.
