They were really really helpful when helping me decide on what I wanted for my wedding band. I had to bring my kids on both occasions and not only were they incredibly patient but they were so accommodating and inclusive of them which made the experience so much better and stress free. All the staff at Bedford go above and beyond with customer service. I unfortunately lost a diamond from my engagement ring (Brought from Ernest Jones) on Valentine day 30 years to the date of our engagement. My ring had never been off my finger since. Was very upset about not being able to wear this extremely special ring while it was repaired. Shell and Jo was so understanding and helpful and Vikki gave me updates etc via email. I was so happy to be able to collect my ring on Friday and meet the lovely staff who looked after the whole process with such care and efficiency and can only give them the highest rating possible. Would fully recommend and thanks once again to you all. Love wearing my special ring now which looks like new. Good job

Me and my Fianc Meg picked up our wedding rings earlier and I have to say what an amazing experience at the Bedford store. The lovely Shell served us and even stayed 10 mins over! And also Jo and another lady who we didnt catch their name, lovely, lovely, lovely! Would highly recommend! Thank you all
