Bluestone Properties have been a fantastic agency for the two years I was with them from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Marta who was fantastic and a real credit to their team. Any issues that arose she was incredibly quick to respond and sort them out. Their maintenance man is also fantastic, very helpful and very friendly. If you rent through this agency you can rest assured you will be in very safe hands. Nothing but professionalism from start to finish, and I cant recommend them highly enough. Bluestone Properties are great! They are professional, polite and always willing to help. As a landlord, or you can ask for is a company you trust and who provide an honest service. I cannot recommend them enough!

Most importantly, they employ people who steal. And that they give keys to 'everyone', also don't even ask you if they can come to your house. I was robbed either by bluestone or by the people they employ. Comes out to one. They are unreliable, and they are also unspeakable. Additionally they charge rent for services which they then do not provide. Avoid!!

I had used high street estate agents to manage my 2 properties in the past and let me tell you, the service you receive from Bluestone properties puts them to shame. Their communication is excellent. I am always fully aware of what is happening during any process, whether its a new tenant or remedying anything that needs repairing. They also use tradesmen who are efficient and high quality. I know small time properties investers, like myself, struggle with the admin required sometimes, but with Bluestone, managing my properties is hassle free
