Absolutely terrible experience today at Claire's. The employee that was working there today was incredibly rude and had atrocious customer service skills. I was waiting in the queue for ages and she was on the phone at the ear piercing section, I just reminded her I was in the queue just in case she didn't see me, completely blanked me, then she got off the phone and was speaking to a customer there and just kept looking over and giving me evil looks. The least she could have done was say 'sorry I'll be with you in a second', horrible lady
