        Staff are very attentive and helpful, I can see the world so much clearer with my new glasses, thanks to the doctor who examined and those who took the risk to fit in new lenses into my old favourite frame. They've done a fantastic job! Thank you

        Appointments never run on time but the optician was good when I finally got to see her. Same with selecting frames - nobody available to help and fitting appt was late too
