        We recently had several carpets fitted from Tapi Bedford. June was extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice and we were very happy with the quality of our carpets and the service too.

        Walked in to the shop with full intention to purchase, was told the second I walked in that I had 5 minutes left before they close, which we appreciate it wasnt the best timing but it could have been said in a nicer manner and then someone else walked in after and was told the same. So we purchased from the competitor instead, as they clearly didnt want our business. Customer service definitely needs to be improved.
