        I have waited a month already to have a coil removed and another fitted. I have been told I may have to wait another 2-3 months. It expires this month and I worry about infection. The people who gate keep when you initially ring are lovely but cant help you, they cant give advice. They say you can speak to a nurse it you cant get an exact time which makes it difficult to fit around work. Im guessing the whole thing is poorly funded, it doesnt seem to be well thought out or customer focused.

        Shouldnt even get a rating. I get told to ring at 9 to book an appointment and when I get on the call 15 minutes later its already booked, Ive called every week when I can. Honestly just terrible. A new system should be put in place

        Always fantastic, delightful, helpful, effective and knowledgeable. Since moving to Bedford a year ago I've been here 5 or 6 times for various reasons/checkups. They're a lovely bunch. Yeah, it's a hassle getting an appointment, but Britain's broken and you can't really blame that on iCash! Let's just chuck out the Tories x
