I think i have plantar fibroma, it hurts to stand up in the morning and I have 2 lumps on both on my feet in the arch, I need advice. I was told call back at 8am tomorrow for a same day appointment (of which I cant do since id need to book holiday), or wait up to 4 weeks for an appointment., that means I would need yo do another 240hrs of work until I can see a doctor. I dont know where to get professional help. My only choose is to call back tomorrow at 8

Poor. Good luck getting through. I have waited over 20 minutes on occasion. Non medical staff gave me totally wrong advice. They have little idea. They just want you off the phone and treat you as an annoyance not a patient. That's the NHS! Ridiculous web site too. What happened with speaking to someone instead of this press 1 for this 2 for that nonsense. Why should they even care about reviews and feedback? They get their money from the government, not from you and I. So it will never improve.
