        I agree, no one answers the phone. I tried to visit the clinic but couldn't get parked anywhere near it.

        Its just SO frustrating! You phone on a Wednesday to Friday one week, because you can actually get through on the phone during those days of the week, but when you get through on the phone and say that you need to make an appointment, you get told that there arent any appointments left, and could you ring back on Monday next week before 11am! So, on the Monday the following week you do as directed, and TRY to ring the clinic, only to find that the phone line is CONTINUOUSLY ENGAGED! But then, finally, after trying to get through for nearly THREE HOURS, it finally rings, and then your call gets answered (great excitement), but then you realise your call has just got through to an automated something, NOT an answerphone, and then it just cuts you off again, and when you attempt to ring back again, its CONTINUALLY ENGAGED again!
