This is the second long term rental Ive had from Claire Walton Properties & honestly they are amazing. Theres never anything too much for Claire & Charlie! ( I have a tendency of messaging at 10pm & theyll reply ) Would defo recommend!

The worst company I have come across and if I could give 0 stars I would. If you are seeking temporary accommodation whilst waiting for a new build completion- DO NOT- use this company due to lack of flexibility- I wish I had trusted the reviews. Due to a change in plans Claire informed me that 'out of goodwill' she will refund me. I have been chasing and chasing this amount for 4 very stressful months. After being relieved that a refund was agreed I did not expect what was to come, no communication, no updates. Jade is the only person who kindly gave me an update but this then did not follow through as I still have not received the payment like she stated. This has caused major stress and I still do not have the full refund.

The Clapham village flat was light and airy. Worked very well for short stay.

I cannot recommend Claire Walton Property enough.If ever there is a company to go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, it's these ladies ! Nothing is too big or small for them to Sort and their customer service is exceptional, always go above and beyond . Look no further than Claire Walton Property!

I have been dealing with the team at Claire Walton Property Group for over 20 + years both personal and corporate/work related requests. I have always found them very helpful and obliging. Ready to fit around our clients when travel dates/ times change. Over and above service with shopping and taxis! Sometimes things happen that are out of all our controls - and the girls always deliver if its doable! Would totally recommend and will keep using them. Debbie
