        phoned to follow up on a quote having previously got MOT here. as soon as the man answered i knew my experience wasnt going to be great, he sounded like answering the phone was the worst thing he could of done in his life. I enquired a week ago yet he had no idea who i was or why i was calling, with the conversation ending with him asking was it a oil service i needed. I then politely said not to worry to which he hung up! Good customer service costs nothing. dont bother, try somewhere else!
