        Disappointed, as on the way to my appointment they called me to cancel with only 30 minutes before the appointment!!!! To make matters worse I had booked a days holiday from work.

        Great service and expertise, a brilliant optician examined our eyes and gave us excellent information. Nice that no-one tries to sell you glasses if you don't need them. The only downside was a new lens supplier that restricted my choice of frame especially as far as sunglasses were concerned.

        I was served by Dagmara and Chris. Both were excellent and provided very good customer service. They assisted me in all the questions I had and provided advice when needed. Really great customer service!
