Brilliant job, by Grant, Laura and Saurav. Very tenacious and will fight to get the sale and / or purchase over the line. Professional, helpful, friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. Yes I am always skeptical of this industry but they restored my faith in it in so many positive ways. Most importantly they were always honest never hid anything and did exactly what they said they would do. Great stuff

Grant went above and beyond for me. Not only did he find me my property (out of working hours) he arranged all the appointments and ensured I was updated throughout my whole process. It has been a very long 10 months of waiting for my new build, however Grant has made it effortlessly smooth. He has offered advice, support and an ear when I have needed to rant! Couldn't recommended Grant enough! If you are in the area and are looking to sell, buy or even have a property related question he will ensure you are looked after!

I can not fault the team at Bedford! From the moment my partner and I registered interest on a property they were quick, efficient and happy to help! Right through to completion - just amazing through and through! A special mention to Grant who supported us in chasing things to take the pressure off of me as I was pregnant at the time and to Laura who completed the sale for us, with daily updates and now a date for completion! They both made a particularly stressful experience much more manageable and we can not thank them enough!

Flawless experience from everyone at Elevation Estate Agents. From the first call I made asking for a valuation, I got a great feeling that they were the right agent to sell my house through. They delivered at every stage and I cant thank them enough. All viewings were accompanied and dealt with by the team. I was promptly given feedback and it didnt take long before we had an offer which we accepted. The sale went through nice and smooth which was all thanks to Laura the sales chaser who was phenomenal. We recently brought a property via Elevation Estate Agents- they were great with communication & keeping us updated as the sale progressed. We had a couple of unexpected hold ups in our chain and without Elevation (Laura in particular) it is likely the chain would have collapsed. Really happy with their service and we would 100% recommend them.
