        I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Absolutely shocking and hurtful experience I have recently gone through with this surgery. After going through (which i knew was happening) a miscarriage. I spoke to Dr. Brady, who informed me to go the early pregnancy unit - whilst attending the surgery, nothing was sent to the hospital and I was absolutely in distraught that I needed emergency help. I called linden road surgery and the receptionists were acting like this wasnt an emergency and was laughing down the phone - whilst I was going abdominal pain and heartache. I will be personally writing a complaint to this surgery after this most shocking and one of the most hurtful experience I have ever been through in my life

        I am dissapointed that my surgery has not been given the best of reviews.MY wife and i most of the time receive very satisfactory service from front line reception staff.The demand put on the surgery at 8am every day is a challenge in itself....demand for DOCTERS IS ALSO UNDERPRESSURE....WHY? THEsurgery is full to capacity The administration put on GPS is demanding. I believe some surgery patients can call into reception and many patients dont turn up when they've been given an appointment. In short be thankfull we have a Doctors i assure many other practices are busier.ok we have times where our practice may have to alter or change things. Finally go a find a better practice! Lifes about choices.
