        Really friendly staff, was so grateful for the donations. I was juggling bags and my two children and the kind staff member came out to help carry the donations in for me.

        Dropped some donations off today & wished I hadn't bothered. Miserable lady staff member who could hardly be bothered to say thank you for my kind donations. She asked me if I gift aid, I asked what that was she said do you pay tax , I said no so she grunted oh it dosent matter then ! What a charmer ,with zero customer service !Will not donate again, plenty other charities!!
