        The receptionist was really unprofessional and rude. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes to book an appointment despite being No1 on the call.

        This use to be a good little doctors surgery but has gone down dramatically over the years, can never seem to get through to the receptionist and pretty much impossible to get an appointment. I also can find some of the staff very rude especially the receptionists as if they havent got a care in the world about the job theyre doing anymore. Its quite sad to see them go down hill so much as this has been my doctors surgery since I was a baby
