        Took our car here to get an ABS pump fault sorted, they told us they would take a look and get it done. They first called me back telling me they cant do a diagnose on the car because they dont have the software for it and that we should take it somewhere else and after thats done they would change the ABS pump. Took the car back after got a diagnose done on it and they kept it there for a month just to call back and tell me they cant fix it because they dont have the software required to program the ABS pump. I personally dont know any other garage that keeps the car there for over a month and doesnt do any work on it. Very disappointing experience, wouldnt visit again.

        A BIG thank you to Gary and his team who sorted my Mercedes! At Mercedes-Benz in Bedford I was told "your engine has gone". I went straight to Gary who was happy to investigate. Gary simply replaced the engine pulley... and problem solved! I totally recommend Thompson&Bros.
