        On hold for 3 hours, 3 hours! Just to ask a question about my grandmother. No response to emails and because Im not a patient cannot go through the online site. I feel sorry for the patients that have to hold for hours every time they wish to speak to someone. Especially the elderly. Please hire more receptionists.

        I go for the contraception implant to only found out I need to wait 36 weeks to exchange and that is my fould becouse I suppose to do apoitment 6 months befor the due day. Well I will do if someone informed me I have to wait 8 months .

        E consult for a chronic back spasm passed after 24 hours to a physio phone consult 72 hours later. Physio can't prescribe, so is no use to me. E Consults clearly not reviewed by a Dr. Waste of time.
