        Went in by chanceTom did a great job to explain in a lot of detail. His customer service was the best. Turned around design changes within the day normally, max 1 or 2day. He did his best to balance costs. Then during the build any issues Tom would sort out super professionally. Magnet head office needs to recognise him.

        I was only looking for one specific thing, last week when I went, I got a rather rude reply when I said the council fitted the kitchen and I was looking to match it for an integrated dishwasher. She looked down her nose at me and said, oh no, we don't do that here. I went back with a very smug attitude today, to tell her it was their units in my kitchen, but she wasn't there. I spoke to a very nice and helpful man who talked me through everything I needed to know. He turned out to be the manager
