I spoke to a member of the team called Jovan today who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! He was an absolute star and our conversation really helped ease the stress that can come with trying to find a property. Kateryna at the Bedford office has been fantastic in managing our three rental properties for us. Easily contactable, very responsive and always very helpful. If this review was just for Kateryna it would be 5*, but unfortunately before Kateryna was managing our properties the service from the Haart property management team was often disappointing.
