        I have vistited Bucks in Bedford but those guys are absolute time wasters! I had appotment at 1:00 p.m and asked when I willl be serviced they said 10 min. After 40 min I asked again, they said another 10 min. During waiting time noticed that technicians are not wearing face masks, gloves and actually social distancing does not exist. No rules, no lines, no guidance anywhere in the garage. No interest in customers who are waiting. They didn't even know where the tyres are. I decided that to leave without tyres being replaced as I was concerened about my and my family safety . Blackcircle should not have any agreement with them neither as whole place just looks dodgy. When I said I'm going home, the guy who was looking for their boss, just siad OK. No interest in customer.
