New brakes and battery replacement on a BMW 320D. They managed to not reset the brake wear sensors (so the car still thinks it needs new brakes), as well as leaving a bleed nipple loose (so, the brake fluid drained, leading to loss of braking; I'm lucky I saw this!) The battery replacement went wrong too -- they fitted a battery with a different capacity than the original then did not recode the battery management system for the new battery, leading to the car not running properly. Very happy with the way these guys looked after my wife's BMW 1 series. It went in for a service and some repairs, they called me a couple of times with reccomendations for new brakes and track rod ends which I opted to have done. There was absolutely no pressure though, could of easily said no. They even had it cleaned for me.I'll definitely be using this garage again.
