        Through my insurance I went through VW Panels due to an unfortunate crash however they do help to relieve the stress. They came to collect the damaged car and provided the courtesy car at the same time. Customer service over the phone was also very good helping to keep me updated with the progress of the repair and whether it had been authorised for repair etc. Once authorised, the repair was very quick. Even when there was a slight issue, they were straight up and dealt with the issue very quickly. My car is now back with me and looks absolutely great, cleaned in and out ontop of the work. Very happy overall. So if you have had an incident then they will take a lot of stress of your shoulders or if you are just looking for something to be done/repaired to your car then I would recommend.
