I have been taking part in clinical research at this hospital for 5 years now. And the staff are absolutely brilliant. The care, attention to detail and compassion is outstanding. The hospital is very well equipped with state of the art facilities and technology. It has and continues to be a pleasure taking part in trials here. I am sorry if I spell names wrong but big shout outs to Sarah, Emerson, Dr Daich and the whole clinical research team who are all wonderful and informative!

I've Held back on giving a review for 3 months, but now I think it will be fair. The experience/treatment by staff on the day was first rate. But the aftercare has been shocking . I had a scan done on the 28 December, it's now 29 March &;still no results because (in their own words) they haven't had chance to look at it yet.

Happy New Year to all of you! It's been 2 years since I dropped my review and it seems 2 people liked my feedback. However, I'd wanna update my review to keep it fresh as I've noticed some things have changed lately. I'm gonna mention few things: 1. No Free Calls To make a call to Eye Clinic Moorfields it's not free, that means I gotta top up online like 15 to 20 to stay longer in a call waiting. It used to be free back then but now no more. Hopefully in the future. 2. No Queue Mentions When I call it doesn't tell me how many queues are left. Rather there is a background music with repeated automatic voice which leaves me guessing how long I've to wait to be my turn for someone to respond which is not cool. 3. Booking Appointments I understand that there are shortages of doctors and high demands patients looking/wanting to be treated but it seems that the appointments on my side are sometimes shifted/prolonged longer than 6 months. I understand definitely that when I feel pain or symptoms I have to call but usually the check-ups review should be at least every 3 months or so not up to 6 months. I remember a receptionist on call mistakenly said/wanted to have me booked on November 2023, but that was a mistake on her part even tho when I asked her, she said yes, til I disagreed that it's far too long she booked January but if I had said "okay that's fine" she perhaps might have booked/listed me to November to see the doctor. That's my assumption tho, it might not be true. 4. Receptionists/Nurses/Doctors I'm happy and satisfied that receptionists and nurses, doctors are doing their job fantastically and incredibly taking care of patients and am grateful to them. They're polite and cordial and friendly. It's actually improved respectfully now than before. I'm happy the direction this place is taking/going and I hope this year is a start for great betterment and improvement. 5. Diversity And Multiculture I'm starting to see more diversity in that place than it's years ago. I see more Asians and Blacks which is good, I actually like it. It feels more united to each other than before, I feel more welcome and in it than I was years ago. I saw nurses, doctors and staffs talking and laughing, smiling to each other exchanging vibes. It brings such a joy to me. Sometimes I would smile like a fool for no reason perhaps some particular staffs' laugh is contagious so I tend to control my smile but either way I see unification between races. I'm happy for that! I don't think I've anything to add for now than what I have said and believe I've said enough. Hope it stays like that. I'm gonna rate 4 stars because of 1 and 2, 3 as well. So yeah keep it up!
