Overall the experience when dealing with open house that helped us with our move was extremely straightforward and pleasant. Natalia helped us and she was extremely helpful and offered us excellent advice. I would 100% recommend, we thank the team and Natalia in particular!!! Exceptional service provided!

This company find a way to take your money, When you have a problem in the house they never repair anything and when you moving out they quote the faults you complain about that they are suppose to fix, my house light went off and I complain about this they ignore my messages and 3weeks later when I wanted to move out they quote it has heating damaged not even test if the electricity was working. I was left without electricity in the house for over a month and they never reply my emails. When I move into the house the council remove my toilet because the landlord refuses to take permission to put them in the house. Open house kept collecting full payment from me for 4months. I sent them several messages about discussing my rent they never reply. They only talk to you when they want and it always about when they want to take money from you. Now they are trying to pay me 57 out of 575 deposit for a room!! They are thieves run...
