Don't ever go near these scammers and most importantly ,dont't do my mistake by wasting time going to sollicitor and courts. we moved into a proprety that is inhabitable and not what we signed up for .I had to take them to court for pest infestation ,desrepair and fight for my deposit .They broke all sorts of laws and legislation.the name of the owner of this disgusting agency is Farhan ,he is unprofessional,uncooperative,incompetant and most importantly a good liar . It was the worst experience ever ,we had pest plagues at my flat.they never even reply to our emails and calls and it resulted in me to spending loads of money to fix it myself. Remmeber that they are plenty of amazing agencies so

Never think to to deal with this disgusting agency,They are corrupted and the only thing that care about is money. They dont care about your complaints and they will not get even bother to respond calls or emails . Please do not waste your time with them as I did .Wiret experience ever.
