        Terrible experience staying here. Staff were unfriendly and continue to be unhelpful after moving out by not processing my refund. Its been three months now and still no word about the money they owe me. They dont take complaints seriously and fault you for mistakes they make on their end. Do not stay here, youll be sorely disappointed.

        I love this place, their staffs are so nice. I recommend this place to any student. Free events, free snacks, pizzas, drinks. They hold celebrations for every event. Today, we just celebrated Saint Patrick's day and it was so beautiful. This place is the best student's hostel in Bedford. You can't get a lot of benefits in other places.
