Canvas Tent Shop

Purchased a no mould no mildew Bell Tent in 2019, used once and is now unusable due to the horrendous amount of mould and mildew on the inside, the tent is also discoloured from it, I have emailed the Canvas Tent Shop on several occasions and they refuse to reply to me, so its left me no choice to leave a 1 star rating review for poor customer service and poor product.

Got two bell tents to use for a glamping hen party - As someone who is not usually up for camping I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to put up, the chap I spoke to directed me to their YouTube channel for extra tips. Hen do was great, guests very impressed with their accommodation!

Highly recommend! Purchased a 4m bell tent for a weekend away with my partner. Had an awesome time! The tent looked great, Arrived quickly and the canvas was fantastic quality. 10/10

I bought a 5m canvas bell tent from here. The zip broke the first time we took it camping. When we contacted them we were told that the zip is the only part of the tent not under warranty (how convenient!!) and were given the details of a seamstresses at their sister company. Not impressed with the quality and the customer service. Avoid.

Terrible!!! Avoid this place!!! New Response To Comment Sorry but you have the wrong version of this story and this Paul guy is trying to cover his tracks. I didn't even get a chance to enquire further about your products like the stoves because of how rude that individual was over the phone and now reading through your other reviews it seems to be a common trend (especially if something is wrong with the items) I just cant take that risk. I only pushed towards the end to get the name of the manager in order to speak to them & make a complaint but he was very hostile. Moving forward I have bought my stoves directly from winnerwell and tents from a different company. My advise is have a word with your staff members imagine how much business you may be loosing due to terrible customer service. Original post I found this place extremely rude and unpleasant. When I called and a man by the name Paul answered. So rude, very unwelcoming and sounded very aggressive. I was in shock that I froze trying to gather my thoughts. I shall be taking my 2000+ somewhere else to be spent (wanted to get a few tents/stoves and accessories) and also will be recommending all my clients to stay far far away from purchasing anything from this company. My advice Bell boutique has a much better customer service, even though a little bit pricier but worth it if I am supporting a company that cares.
