Purchased an OutnAbout Nipper Single, excellent quality, fast delivery and built to last. I was replacing a cheaper Hauck product which had only last three weeks, they wanted to repair rather than replace so I chose to get a refund and very pleased I did as it lead me to the far superior Out n About product. It was 100 more but you absolutely get what you pay for, well worth it.

Wish I bought one from the start! These are absolutely brilliant buggies. Our first buggy/pushchair was a big fancy thing that my wife wanted, it looked pretty, but was big, clunky, and irritating. We then got a smaller and cheap buggy, but the thing just rattled, and was awful on rough ground, the wheels would randomly twist and stop... so frustrating. The second child landed 18 months later, and we got a double buggy, but if the ground wasn't perfect, it was such a pain, and cornering was awful. Then we got an Out'n'About Nipper Double... game changer. Big tyres made light work of every terrain, it fit nicely in the back of our little car, it was so light that my wife had no problem taking it anywhere and carrying it up stairs. I used to go running with the kids in it, they loved it, and it had a 360 degree front wheel so it was so nimble. We had this for about 5 years, and other than a puncture which was quickly fixed, it stood the test of time. We then gave it to my sister in law who used it for another 3 years! Built to last! Super impressed and highly recommended to anyone.

We love the buggy and are happy to have purchased it. However: I never write reviews but I am doing so in this case, just to warn about their customer service. Our buggy arrived and we got it all ready, only to discover that the inner tube on the rear wheel was torn. We contacted customer service and it was 5 days before we heard back. They offered to send a new inner tube and it was another 5 days before they confirmed that they had sent it and another few days after that before it arrived. This means we were waiting two weeks to use a buggy we had hoped to use immediately. On top of that, the instructions they sent for replacing the inner tube required tools we did not have. So we took the tire to a bike shop where they charged us 10 pounds to do the work. Two weeks and 10 pounds to use a brand new product. If I was running their customer service I would be responding to complaints within 24 hours, sending out replacement parts next day delivery (especially if it was a brand new but faulty product), and perhaps even offering a free product to make up for the inconvenience- especially if it was a brand new product that arrived faulty and the customer had to wait weeks to use it.
