        ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had nothing but problems with their service. The monthly subscription does not cover service, which seems to be regular throughout the year, and a lot more that the rental cost... After our bodywork man passed away, we wanted to cancel the agreement on one of the machines due to not being used. After a battle they cancelled it and collected it... They then continued to charge us for it for 7 months despite numerous e-mails and complaints, it took that long to resolve. Yesterday we received a statement demanding the money for a machine which they collected and cancelled complete with a paper trail thankfully... Still waiting for those credit notes... They have sent a new agreement which we never signed with the amended price, but because we were debating about dropping their service after their appalling communication and shocking customer service, they are now demanding almost 3500 to leave the agreement with the 'unpaid' (incorrect) invoices attached, due to automatically enrolling us into the agreement, something hidden in their T&C's... Something we are trying to sort today still... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
