St Johns Doctors Surgery

Used to be a great surgery, can't even get an appointment these days call on the day can't book appointment or even book a future appointment, just get told to call again tomorrow, not great when you are juggling work commitments.

The reception staff is very impolite, they should be let go of their job for being unprofessional. The waiting time long to speak to a receptionist over a phone over 30 minutes! The doctors very incompetent except one Dr Johns who is very helpful. All other doctors should not be working in a medical field as they dont even refer you to a specialist but give you a paracetamol.

i attended the nurse last week Friday and was very nervous very anxious before i went in i cant remember the nurses name but she was such a lovely kind lady the nurse spoke to me about me about my medical problems i have been suffering she really understood and gave me her quality time talking through everything with me i felt so comfortable after and was feeling relaxed and reassured when i left the surgery she is such a credit to the surgery A***************

I turned up for my appointment and the doctor was very rude tried to explain that I have serve learning disabilities and needed my mum to attend and she came out can you talk and wasn't listening to me just because I can talk dosnt mean I don't have a disabilities not All disabilities are shown u need to teach this to your staff x
