Lovely family run business. I honestly couldnt rate them enough. Expertise and knowledge is remarkable. Have supported me and helped me endlessly with getting my bearded dragon set up and happy at home. Anyone that needs help with their reptiles and supplies look no further you wont be disappointed and all products will be from genuine suppliers unlike the rubbish youll get ripped off with online. I cannot thank them enough.

Wonderfully knowledgeable, passionate and very clear that they care about the welfare of animals. I have learned a lot of useful information about caring for my corn snake from this business and have bought heat and lighting equipment for her vivarium from them. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable on all species and has been a big help. Its nice to to be able to talk to someone who understands the animals it's easy to make mistakes and you won't get that service at any other pet store and the price is no different from what I can tell
