We had 6 weeks no hot water in January and February.
The heating didn't work either for few weeks.
Permanent water leaks and building issues. And now since 3 weeks the leaks have been so serious that the kitchen is starting to collapse.
We have no water no electricity and no gas since 05.08 and nobody is helping.
We try to terminate the rental contract and get a refund on our pay rent but the agency refuses.
Now we in legal fight with the agency.
Council, citizens advice and a legal team are involved.
Do not rent any property from that agency, they using young students to pay overpriced and horror places !!!!
Stay away from the agency the steal your money and do not care about you as tenants
