Dave Patey is an exceptional representative for the company and is knowledgeable, efficient and an excellent communicator. His advice was invaluable and practicable and he always had a good idea of the status of our order, hence the 5 star review. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency of some of the suppliers products was below an acceptable standard. City Plumbing would do well the give this area some detailed attention.

Dave has been very helpful in organising our fitted bathrooms. Working with the builders to ensure all product was as required. He helped design using CAD and gave very good advice as to product and look.

One or two stress free visits to these knowledgeable people resulted in my ordering for two bathrooms. Not a huge showroom but enough to give inspiration without being overwhelmed. From the showroom staff, trade counter and delivery guy, what a difference a smile and a friendly word makes, quite a lot in monetary value! A big thank you to everyone at the Woburn Road branch. Our plumber appreciates you too!

I highly recommend Dave Patey at the Bathroom Showroom. Great product knowledge; care in drawing up the plans after a home visit to ensure he knew what I needed/wanted. Dave handled my change requests in a friendly and professional manner. The products are good quality and Im a very happy customer. Thank you Dave :-D
