One of the worst on the list. I got continuous disconiction in my broadband, so I phoned EE, then after few days of checking and refreshing the sent Engineer for checking cables, they found faulty cable and apologized for improper service and promised to change cable within 3 weeks, they failed to change cable in three weeks, it took 6 weeks, month and half, and they run test and said all fine, after that internet kept disconnecting, I spoke to them again, they inssest that every thing fine, it took long time before they accept to run another test, so Engineer came and checked and foynd another faulty cable, and agin they promised to lay another cable within 22days, with this situation I found that I can not continue my contract and I need to find another provider, and when it came to termenate my contract they put penalty for early termination equal to 5 month bill. and line still faulty. Also they told me: By placing a cancellation you are agreeing for EE to disconnect your current service meaning you will not be able to access the internet or make landline phone calls. We cannot reverse a cancellation order. Are you happy to proceed? I said yes, they said: we have requested for your account to be cancelled with immediate effect and in the following hours you will not be able to use your service. Although the cancellation is immediate there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes and it will take 10 days to remove our broadband technology. Until we have completed this you will be unable to place an order with a new provider for a broadband service. I asked them what the meaning of "remove our broadband technology" they could not explain, the reality there is permenant connection in house, so either to connect or not connect, and their are no removal for any think, unless they mean the order they send to technical team to disconnect service, but even so I am still surprised how it might take 10 days. Then they said the "early contract termination fees to your final bill will be 151.15". they claimed this amount while my monthly bill was 28. This is my happy experience and lovely days with EE.
