        Called to ask if they were accepting donations for THE NEXT DAY and women on phone totally ignored what I was saying and said no we are not taking anymore today - I said tomorrow twice in the conversation, just immediate reaction without thinking or listening on her part. I understand that charity shops are getting flooded which is why I called but have a bit of courtesy. In a few months time when all this over reaction is over shops will be begging for donations again - why should you then get them if you cant use basic manners now ?
